I’ve started my journey over a decade and I’ve learnt and grew so much since. At the time I started I was so confused but eager to learn about the fitness world and how to become the best version of myself. With extensive research and studies, the assistance of past personal trainers and tons of trial and errors it has been a long but rewarding journey. Nevertheless to say hard work pays off,  here I am as  a testament.
